Do you offer a free survey, design and quote?

If you are considering any of our products, we offer a free site survey, design and fixed-price installation quote. We are also able to offer a remote survey for some of our surfacing and track items.

How long does it take to receive a quote?

It depends on the complexity of the project. Surfacing and track quotes are normally issued within 24 hours of the survey, full play area designs can take up to 7 days.

Do you have any reference sites?

Our surfacing and play area products have been installed all over the country, just contact us for the contact details of a reference site near you.

Are your installers CRB checked?

All of our installation team members are CRB checked and as we only work in schools and nurseries they are fully accustomed to and understand the requirement for the highest levels of safety as well as operating appropriately.

Does your equipment comply with safety standards?

All of our equipment complies with the requirements of the relevant British & European standards (BSEN 1176 and BSEN 1177). We inspect all our installations before handover to ensure they are fit for purpose and ready to use.

Can you suggest sources of grant funding?

We maintain a database of all grant funding providers and receive regular updates on new grants available to schools. Details of potential grants available for your project are available on request.

Do I need surfacing around my play equipment?

The requirement for a safer surface is dependent on the type and height of the existing or proposed play equipment. If playground equipment is being installed onto an existing hard surface we would always recommend some kind of impact-absorbing surface, if the equipment is installed on a grass surface, safer surfacing may not be required however accessing play equipment during periods of inclement weather may limit the use of the equipment when an all-weather safer surface is not installed. We will be able to advise you whether safety surfacing is required from a safety point of view.

Do you offer product warranties?

All of our products are covered by a full raw material and workmanship guarantee of varying lengths depending on the product installed; full details are available on request.

What are your installation lead times?

We always try to meet your delivery & installation requirements, school holiday periods are very popular and we always operate on a first-come basis. We can normally offer an installation date within 4 weeks of order however during the summer months this can be extended. Installation is weather-dependent and during extended periods of inclement weather, our installation schedule can be impacted.
